While cruising the floor at SEMA 2013 we came across Battery Tender's Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. They contain all of the power of a traditional lead-acid battery at a fraction of the weight - in some cases up to 60% lighter! Think ultra portable 12v batteries that you can throw in a backpack during an emergency. Have tip ideas?
